County physician practices slowly moving into e-world

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS)/MassHealth has partnered with the Massachusetts eHealth Institute (MeHI) to administer key components of the Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Payment Program. Read more.

MeHI is the designated Health Information Exchange (HIE) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The HIE will offer a mechanism by which patients, physicians, public health officials and researchers will be able to access data and actionable information, to allow them to demonstrate measurable improvements in health care quality, safety, efficiency and population health.
