The Massachusetts eHealth Institute (MeHI) is one of sixty-two federally-designated Regional Extension Centers (REC) and is the designated REC for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Read more.

MeHI is the designated Health Information Exchange (HIE) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The HIE will offer a mechanism by which patients, physicians, public health officials and researchers will be able to access data and actionable information, to allow them to demonstrate measurable improvements in health care quality, safety, efficiency and population health.
